Is this a canvas or a poster?
It's a canvas. The artwork is printed on textured artist canvas and stretched over a solid wooden frame. It isn't paper, it doesn't need framing, and there's no glass or acrylic on top — so no glare from your lights or windows.
Can I get this in a different size?
The Aura Collection is A2 canvas only for now — but honestly, bigger is where these come alive. WhatsApp us with the size you want, and we'll tell you how the artwork holds up at that scale and share pricing before you commit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select locations.
Shipping Information
Delivery Area: We deliver pan India.
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders.
Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 days. ETA might vary.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and whatsapp to monitor your delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the product, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation
You can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing it.
Return/Exchange
Timeframe: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Please note that we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product. We cannot accept returns due to damage caused by the buyer.
Condition: The product must be returned unused and in its original condition as received for the exchange or refund to be processed.
Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Email us at support@thanksaton.shop with the subject line: Order Number - Return/Exchange Request.
- Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange in your email.
- Attach clear photos of the product in question for verification.
Once we review and approve your request, we will proceed with the refund or exchange based on your preference.
Note: If you use the "EXTRATHANKS" offer, you will be repaid the amount equal to your total order amount after the discount. If only one frame is damaged and not the full order, your refund will be calculated based on the amount specified earlier.
